Rules for coach operators

Registration is mandatory

Every coach dropping off or collecting passengers in Bled must be registered in advance. Registration is free of charge and does not require an account.

A registration covers one coach, one date, and the two stops it makes — where passengers get off and where they are collected.

Before you travel

• Register the coach for the date and the time windows you intend to use.
• Keep the confirmation to hand. It carries a reference and a code the marshal scans.
• If the registration plate changes, update the booking from the link in the confirmation e-mail.

On arrival

Arrive within the window you reserved and follow the marshal's directions at the point. The marshal scans the code from the confirmation, on paper or on a screen.

Changes and cancellation

A booking can be cancelled online from the link in the confirmation e-mail up until shortly before the reserved window. After that the place can only be released by telephone — the number is on the contact page.

A coach that does not arrive is recorded as a no-show. Repeated no-shows take capacity from other operators, so please cancel a booking you no longer need.
