What personal data this service collects when you register a coach, why it is collected, and how long it is kept.

Who is responsible

The Municipality of Bled is the controller of the personal data processed by this service. Its postal address and contact details are on the contact page.

What is collected

  • The name of the agency or operator making the booking.
  • A contact name, an e-mail address and a telephone number.
  • The coach's registration plate.
  • The points, dates and time windows reserved, and whether the coach arrived.

Why it is collected

To allocate limited capacity at the bus points, to confirm a booking to the person who made it, and to let staff at a point verify that an arriving coach is the one expected.

How long it is kept

Contact details and registration plates are removed automatically once the retention period set for the service has passed. Records of how much capacity was used are kept without personal data, for planning.

Your rights

You may ask for access to the data held about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be erased. The link in a confirmation e-mail also lets you erase a booking's personal data yourself once the date has passed.
